In intimate sepia photographs, Puerto Rican artist, Adrián Villeta, now living in Florida, captures the beauty and emotion of women in a style reminiscent of bygone romantic eras. Dramatically lit figures don luxurious costumes equally elaborate as the 17th-century French Baroque and 18th-century Rococo interiors that inspired them.

Influenced by 19th-century photographer Julia Margaret Cameron, Edwardian-era painter John Singer Sargent, fashion icons and friends Gloria Vanderbilt, Mili Arango and Carolyne Roehm. Villeta skillfully connects past and present. Recognizing his accomplished artistry, museum curators and art professionals have presented Villeta's work in many prominent exhibitions globally.
